  • Don^t forget myth # 6. A 6 pack will involve freedom of Binging(since u have to half starve yourself to get a 6 pack),a happy social life(since u have to spend 24/7 in the gym or running,let alone avoiding socials that might invole cake,wings,beer),good health(since less than 10% body fat can affect your immune & hormone system)
