What did you record this with? A Toaster?

Yeah, probably not much good at cornering but could be fun at the lights.....how fast does it accelerate? Would be funny as fuck to see the look on someone's face when he gets out-dragged by a Robin.
-
I can imagine that thing being barrels of fun :D

let me guess?? stock diff??? Wait till Old Bill tries catching this!! Hope its all fixed now

@purpleYfronts Like most 70s and 80sbikers we all had Reliants [or Bond Bugs] for the winter months. [No car licence required] Gang of bikers down the pub, crammed in the plastic pig, didnt get wet and you cold take a bird out in it, legover difficult though. Loved mine back then but they are not so good after driving a proper car.

Now that you made it go fast, how you gonna get round the bends?. Maybe wider tyres on the back and outriggers on the front to keep the muther down when she wants to roll. I had 2 regals and 2 robins so I know all about the cornering antics [and thats with a standard reliant engine, 36bhp]

i would not want to go around a corner in that... not with that engine anyway

@purpleYfronts Weights like an Isetta or a Fiat 600 (600kg)
Brilliant!, I had a Robin in the early 80's as well as my m/c & used to drive it on my bike licence, it said that you can drive ''A Motor Tricycle not weighing more than 500kgs'' & if I recall correctly the Robins actually weighed just over the 500kg but you could take the spare wheel out, lol, my biker mates used to take the piss out of me, then the winter came & they'd be "OH! give us a lift mate?" & I'd tell them to "Piss Off!", lol
