IRCA Auditor Training at the Scottish Quality Management Centre

The Scottish Quality Management Centre (www.QualityAuditor.co.uk) is an internationally-accredited training organisation (ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor, etc.), and Management Systems think-tank. This short film takes a look at SQMC's positive approach to staff development, process auditing as a tool for continual improvement, and the asset of good Quality Assurance procedures in general. It features a very useful introduction to the ISO 9001 International Standard for Quality, explaining in lay terms its benefits and applications. There is also advice from a UKAS-approved Certification Body's 3rd party Auditor, which may help those considering or seeking ISO 9001 registered status. SQMC were the country's first ever provider of IRCA-accredited ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training courses, when part of the Management Science faculty of Stirling University.
