(continued) ...also take into consideration the women killers who work with partners and then later claim they were abused and 'forced' to co-operate as an excuse to get away scott-free.
Regarding your #2: It depends on the case. If an abused woman kills her husband in order to protect herself, i.e. in the middle of being physcialy abused, then that's one thing. However, this is usualy not the case. The usual case is of a so-called abused woman who kills a man when she is not being abused, i.e. when he is sleeping for example, and the issue of abuse is used post-murder as an excuse to get off scott-free.
No one is sugar and spice, etc. What I take into consideration are two factors: 1) the huge difference between gender ratio and violent crime ratio [even accounting for your theory, it is mind-blowing], and 2) the absolute cold punishment doled out to women who kill severely abusive husbands. None are given sympathetic punishment in what should be treated as self defense in many cases.
Human Rights Organization is not what most people consider 'bias', unless you don't believe in human rights. What exactly is your position, that women are 'sugar and spice and all things nice'? My position is that when women commit horrible crimes they are less likely to get sentenced to death compared to men who have commited lesser crimes and have been sentenced to death. Women are far more likely to escape execution simply because they are female, regardless of how horrible their crime was.
I guess you are ignorant. I just googled it and discovered this article: "Why Women Aren't Executed: Gender Bias And The Death Penalty" -Fall, 1996 Human Rights Magazine. Women are routinely spared the death sentence, even on hideous crimes, when a man would be sentenced to death for far less a crime. Get your head out of your ass. This goes to show that we still do not live in an equal society and we won't be until women are treated just like men, especialy w/ regard to crime & punishment.
I should also state that here in the U.S., women routinely are spared the death penalty on even extreme cases, where men are sent to death for less severe crimes. I think it's a test of the equality of the sexes. If the day comes when women are just as easily sent to death and recieve the same punishment as a man would, then that is the day that the sexes would be viewed as fully equal. So when we fully realize that women are just as evil as men are, then our society may be trully be 'equal'.
I'm fascinated by the female killers, who have ranked extremely high on the scale of evil. The woman shown in this clip particpated in murders, rape, and torture of other women, fully involved, i.e. raping the women herself along with her lover, yet when they were caught she blamed everything on her lover. On another episode the psychologist guy stated that when women play the active role in crimes they alays use their gender and age, as well as blaming men, in order to try to get off free.

You're reading a biased article. Knowledge should not be garnered from a singular report, certainly not a slanted one/ opinionated view.
Calling someone ignorant is telling enough; get facts from multiple sources when learning: especially the true sources.

Completely, patently false. Please talk to someone who works in correction and someone who works in justice, get the facts.
