This is from Sunday, May 2, 2010 during the 94.5 The Buzz Annual Buzzfest at the Cynthia Mitchell Woodlands Pavilion in Houston, TX.

My son, Devin, won tickets from The Buzz and we went with only one thing in mind... DEFTONES!!! They were the third band (if you can believe that) and played a 10-song set list:

05 - Sextape
06 - Prince
07 - My Own Summer (Shove It)
08 - Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)
09 - Change (In the House of Flies)

They killed it! This was one of the best performances I have seen from them in a while, it just sucks that it was only a 40 minute set, but it was great how solid a showing they put on for Devin's first time seeing them live.

Sorry about the quality, but it's the best I could do. If anyone knows how I can clean up the sound a little, please send me a message. Otherwise, enjoy!

Man I was on stage when they played, I got the passes from a friend that works at the buzz and watched deftones play, o was standing next to the guys from 3 days grace and a few members from flyleaf... Just watching the deftones perform and then signing my short made my day, that's the only reason I went to buzzfest, it was my first buzzfest and it was the sh!t!!!

I have met the Deftones a few times after shows when I lived in Austin and I was lucky enough to meet Chi and get my picture with him when they came to Houston for the Family Values Tour, but never have I got to watch a show from the wings.
