I was really disappointed how this movie version screwed up the whole point of the story by giving it a Pollyanna ending where Neville is remembered as a hero rather than a monster.

@Poopdogg24 I say it was the Darkseeker leader type thing because he seems to be the most intelligent. He moves Fred and sets up the same trap. Also when after Robert wakes up he has the dogs in his hands waiting and lets them go.

If you look closely at 0:58 on you would realize that instead of being in the shade which Fred was the suns rays moved and Fred is now standing with the sun beaming down on him. Darkseekers earn a fail for the day

Who ever said it was a darkseeker in disguise is clearly a fucking idiot. It broad daylight plus Fred was standing in the rays of the sun.... Pretty damn sure that was not a darkseeker.. People can soo damn stupid sometimes
