@RESQBUN i heard macadamia nuts are great substitutes

I do not share your beliefs of this pagan festival however cinnamon rolls are for any time of the year, but hope that you had a nice holiday anyway, take care.

wow I thought you only cut enough strips to make around 5..I guess they multiplied in the incubator / dehydrator ;-)

Thanks !! I know, nothing beats the creamy texture of cashews, probably why raw vegans us it in many of their dishes. I was thinking what might be delish is slicing apples very thin and placing in the rolls. BTW - I really like your videos it takes the uneasiness and unfamiliarity out of raw food.
OMG - those look so yummy.
Any idea what I can substitute for cashews - I'm allergic
:-(

Cashews are hard to top, due to their delicious, creamy texture! However, you can substitute almonds and make almond cream! If you wish to retain the color, I would hot soak the almonds for 1 minute, then peel them. You should be able to squeeze the almond at the larger end and it will POP right out of the skin! Keep them wet and it will go SO much easier!

Just finish a batch, didn't feel like making the creme and didn't need it. The warmth of the cinnamom brings all the comfort you need! These are so good. I love your recipes. Please keep them coming. Yum Yum Yum!!!

I put the rolls and the sauce in the dehydrator in the morning about 3 - 4 hours prior to when I want to eat them (with a little sauce on them) at 105 degrees; then, once I take them out, I'll add a little more sauce to the top of each and serve =D
