nah if he kept charging it, genki can reversal super and itll be game for alex. so best option there is to release it right away and get 1 hit out. he just got a bit confused im guessing.

vanao planned on charging after srk in corner but realized genki had super art 2 stocked so he released it late. that part there confused him so he couldnt get the 1 hit denjin out. and im sure it was mp srk not fierce.

What was the problem with that Denjin setup at 13:02? Did he hold it too long? Or was that a fierce shoryuken and he couldn't connect it at all? Can't you just release the punch during super freeze and have it hit? It seemed like he should have known whether that would hit. I dunno, maybe you can charge for a 2-hit fast enough and he just missed it.
