Aquarium Mirage lobby HD High Definition Las Vegas - Please comment and help me learn to name these fish - Thanks a million! James Graff and Liina Kairo video "taping" the incredibe aquarium in the lobby of the mirage hotel (where they were staying - great buffet, not as good as Paris Brunch or the number one Belaggio (Weekend?) Buffet - also home to the Beatles Cirque de Solei show - absolutely awesome show - Yellow Submarine!)

Tropical fish include fish found in tropical environments around the world, including both freshwater and salt water species. Fishkeepers often use the term tropical fish to refer only those requiring fresh water, with saltwater tropical fish referred to as marine fish.

Tropical fish are popular aquarium fish, due to their often bright coloration. In freshwater fish, this coloration typically derives from iridescence, while salt water fish are generally pigmented.

Tropical fish kept for home aquaria include the following: * Wild-caught specimens. * Single-species individuals born in captivity. The latter category includes lines selectively bred for special physical features, such as long fins, or particular colorations, such as albino. * Hybrids of more than one species.

Recreational SCUBA divers are often enthusiasts of tropical fish as well. Some keep lists of fish species they have observed while diving, especially in tropical marine environments.

  • SHUT UP WITH THE ZOOM FOR CHRIST SAKES

  • "Tropical" is a temperature range. It's anything from 70 degrees farenheit up. The term pertains to most fish sold in aquarium stores, whether they are salt or freshwater. Most fish sold in stores (except for goldfish and koi) prefer water fom 72 to 80 degrees farenheit, making them tropical. Tropical is also a term that describes world regions where there is higher air temperatures and typically higher humidity. Most of the Northern hemisphere is temperate, not tropical. (equator=tropical.)
