  • The Crawfish had enough seasoning that the only thing I used was trinity & garlic

  • Happy Birthday, Capt. Cajun. That looked DAMN GOOD! You made that roux look ez. Now i understand how to make it! I'm gonna bust me open a 1 lb. sack of shrizzy and lay the roux n rice to it.

    Suppers on....now!

    Dessert isn't my thing but looked good, just the same.

  • Just don't stop stirring till you add the trinty, Then stir some more every 30 seconds till its saute'd for 6 or 8 min's. (keeping the fire on med to med high)

    & don't splash no roux on you, It will burn the hell out you
