  • But she was the first up, her score of course will be lower the first one up is the base starting score, the other scores are supposed to rise, if she went AFTER Retton I am sure she would have gotten a 9.5

  • Pam didn't get half the distance Retton did. Her legs were also apart on her landing, but I definitely agree, her score should have been higher.

  • The lack of form stopped this from being anywhere near a ten.

  • This should of been a 10

  • Retton literally had twice the distance oh her vault - and more height. It should get a higher score- even with the hop.

  • I love Pammy Bileck. 0:17 If Pammy Bileck was 15 in 1984 then Pammy Bileck is 41 in 2010 because 15 + 2010 - 1984 = 15 + 26 = 41.

  • only thing I can think of is that in compulsories they were probably looking for height and distance which Mary Lou did much better. Of course her name didn't hurt her score I'm sure.

  • But Mary Lou went twice as far and went up later.

  • Superior to Retton's IMO and her score was just 9.75 to Mary Lou's 9.90-and Retton took a large step.

  • Great precision on a hard landing.
