Wow, now that is an intensive labor of love.

I hope that whoever has the priviledge of eating it, truly appreciates the time and work involved in making it!

I had almost given up hope on making this gluten free. Now if I can learn how to make the shredded phyllo for k'nafeh. This is a great video.  Thanks.
