Thanks to a wonderful tool called a "spiralizer," raw foodists can make a wonderfully tasty and nutritious pasta out of zucchini or crookneck squash, daikon radish, etc. This video demonstrates how to do it. There is a companion video, "Anni Dork Can Make: Raw Zucchetti Sauce" wherein Ann Chenoweth demonstrates a raw pasta sauce for the zucchetti noodles as well as other raw veggies.
