----->>>>> But I have noticed that whenever I eat something raw (apple, tomato, cucumber, even a banana) , my mood jumps through a roof and I feel less tired.

Well, can't be bad for health... if it's trichinella and other stuff free. I suppose that if I tried to have some raw meat I wouldn't be able to digest it properly, but with little practice, who knows... I'm interested in this raw food diet, makes a lot of sense... would you be able to give me a list of food you eat on a regular basis? i.e. one typical day of your diet (types of food, quantities, etc...) Do you feel energized? I feel like crap :( ----->>>>>

Yes, some eat raw meat. Actually, it's quite common in many cultures to eat raw meat either straight as it is or marinated, cold smoked, pickled, dried, brined etc.
I personally find it repulsive, but to each his own.
