There're 2 ways:
1) If you have the original CD, it may have the text "PAL"/"NTSC-US"/"NTSC-J" in it.
2) PAL version has 6 languages. NTSC-US has only english. NTSC-J has only japanese.

You should get the PAL, or NTSC-J, version and try 1:38:xx.
Because if you are so good with Dingo, would you be better with Penta.
