Say it with me folks:

MILK

&

COOKIES !!!

Because I know a lot of people hasn't seen this legendary Andy Kaufman's performace, and I just recently managed to get my little greedy paws on it, I decided to upload it on YouTube so everyone can enjoy it.

The Carnegie Hall show took place at the beginning of April 1979. In the bio-pic Man on the Moon, this event was shown to be planned and performed after Kaufman was diagnosed with cancer, when in fact it took place almost 4 years before.

In this first part, Tony Clifton opens the show singing Amarican National Anthem,"Carolina In The Morning" and reciting the poem "What is a wife".

  • @thechessstick i found that funny sir

  • @thechessstick-Andy was tony. Tony clifton was not a real person.

  • Too bad Tony quit performing. I think he couldn't go on after Andy died.

  • Very kind of you to post this video danceonair86 ever since I watched Jim Carrey's "Man on the Moon" I wanted to se Andy's real performance at Carnegy Hall. So in the words of the King I would like to "Thank you! Thank you very much! :)"

  • @LRonHubbardFuckFace Bob is at 7:43; i think this was perhap Andy's brother (Michael?)

  • @yuppieguitar1 I was merely stating how he still lives in the minds of those that weren't there to witness how great he was. 'Here's a cookie?' Fucking gold comment bro :/

  • Tony's "This is a Wife" poem made me weep. What a sensitive son of a bitch. It should be a part of The National Anthem itself.
