I was fishing with heavy weights, Three-way rigs and 1-ounce bucktails for plenty of striped bass action in the daytime. Orient Point was my destination as we fished in the Race and Gut off the North Fork of Long Island. In this episode we give you the detailed outlines of how to catch big stripers in very deep water, up to 140-foot, using bucktails on three way swivels. We give you some beautiful scenery of the North Fork with other outlets of activities in that area in our travelogue. Also included is some great action for lots of striped bass over 20 pounds along with the tackle used, how to rig, how to find them with our weekly boating and fishing tips.
