SiteAdvisor at the moment is useless, go for MyWot and tbh keep it forever

SiteAdvisor does not scan for viruses. SiteAdvisor is an outdated database last updated 2007 that use professionals (not user ratings) to guide them on how to rate websites. They display some of the downloaded tests on their scorecard, which usually means nothing because McAfee AntiVirus can't detect rogue software. WOT is better because they use real-time updated ratings from users. If there ever was a false rating, it would be corrected by another user. Use your facts wisely before commenting.

WOT is faster and more reliable because all you see from SiteAdvisor is either GREEN or GRAY on rogue software and spam websites. Phishing is probably thing only thing that SiteAdvisor can do, unfortunately, WOT does a better job at it.

I seriously recommend WOT, SiteAdvisor's website database is outdated, so that means that McAfee cannot catch the malicious websites before they are gone. WOT is updated because it uses people's suggestions to rate a website, and if anything were to go wrong, we would back up any ratings. WOT is a serious budget, and is 94% of the time reliable. Too bad CNET cannot see that WOT is better than Linkscanner and SiteAdvisor put together.

WOT lets you check email links for free. Mcafee you have to pay for that. :) Wot is a lot better IMHO.
