By this song they were writing and composing for themselves; it's true they were just gathered up off the street and taught how to sing and dance. But I see why that should play ANYTHING into their accomplishments. It doesn't matter how many hits you put out to be called a legend what matters is how those hits were treated and their impact on the music world. H.O.T left a HUGE impact on the Korean music world and for that they are considered music legends.
