Here is yet another chapter in the financial destitution of the West. The corporate network of private international banks that has its apex in the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), Switzerland, and effectively set up and uses the IMF and the World Bank as their front "corporations" for 'economic world governance', is liquidating what was left of Western de-industrialized service economies, on a step-by-step basis.
So, here comes the new generation of "IMF budget-balancing policies": 'austerity' (meaning poverty and breakdown of the middle class), carbon taxes, hyper-economic regulation.
We're finally on the slippery slope boys and girls. Now, it'll be just more and more theft and takeover of wealth and resources, under the monopolistic control of these oh-so-very-respectable wrecking crews they call investment & central banks. And it was all by-design. Just read "Tragedy and Hope", or "The Anglo-American Establishment", by Prof. Carroll Quigley, who was himself an advisor and strong supporter for this very well organized network of corporate looters. He told you all about it, decades ago: how the takeover techniques work, the history of this group, and their objective: a «new feudal age», under a fascistic world government, run by themselves, and for themselves.
Now the IMF is finally ascending to the status for which it was created in the first place: to be a massive Treasury Department for the entire world, under BIS direction. The ministerial tax-collecting agency for a world government that is ultimately to be fronted by the private agency people call United Nations.
