This is a tribute video in loving memory of my sheltie, Pudding, who was too suddenly taken away at the age of 4 after losing her long time battle against seizures on August 12, 2010.
Her last count was up to 21 before she even reached the vet, where she had countless more despite the Valium and other interventions as they were not working. She was left with permanent brain/head damage and broken ribs all because her seizures could not be controlled even after consulting two different vets during her lifetime. We had to decide to let her go because her way of living would not be living at all, she'd only be thrown back into a more worse condition few weeks down the road. August 12 was traumatizing enough, both for Pudding and our family, it was definitely really bad and we all knew something was terribly different that day.
May she finally RIP pain-free with the other dogs across the Rainbow Bridge. You had your whole life infront of you but it was taken all away... You'll be dearly missed Pudding. You were the best dog and best friend anyone could have ever asked for. Miss you.
So sorry for your loss of such a beautiful pup. I too had a sheltie who passed away from cancer but was epileptic since infancy. My heart goes out to you. One never really gets over a loss. Take care of you.
