Breaking the Cycle ~ Part One

First part of a recent keynote speech by Christine Burns MBE at the launch of North West England's LGBT equality strategy, "Breaking the Cycle". The cycle which the strategy refers to is the way in which factors such as lack of research, lack of evidence and lack of targetted action (including research) act in a vicious cycle to lock in the discrimination of LGBT people.
