Time being a ray of sunshine - I have no doubt. He probably should be nominated for Father of the year, hell, man of the year. But when Dick Cheney tells you the U.S. will be "greeted as liberators", dig a little deeper for God's sake. Don't make Meet the Press a receptical for their propaganda machine. Don't be a useful idiot for the powerful.

Most people would agree that Mr. Russert did a fine job... You opting for a prick who can do a job effectively is one of tne reasons why I now own my own business... I never liked that combo and so many are like that in these sad times... Tim was a ray of sunshine in the lives of Many Buffalonians and people every where... You know, I would rather be a Fezzywig than a Scrooge any day...

That's exactly my point ericelectric. If given a choice between a "good man" and someone who is a prick but can do a job most effectively, I'd opt for the prick. I'm a nice guy but that doesn't make me qualified to host Meet the Press.

Tim Russert was an average journalist, nothing more and nothing less. I never thought his "gotcha questions" accomplished anything. "You said this in 2004 but now said this" sort of questions...so what. I hope leaders know when to switch positions based on new realities.

Who the hell gives 3 shits about Tim Russert? he was just another over paid talking head hack. Journalist my balls, the news has been canceled for at least 20 years.I hope he rots in hell for what he did to Hillary Clinton with that stupid immigration question. A outsourced dot head from India could do a better job of the so called journalism that Russert did and for a hell of alot less money.The circle jerk going on over this over paid hack is truly disgusting.
