on july 21st 2006 i was illegally arrested threwn to the ground bleeding.in front of my boys for no reason.I was visciously attacked beacause i didnt throw my money on the ground.when i called to get the police report the batavia police wouldnt give it to me.I have recieved all reports on myself for family court.Not that ine cause then i could sue them.No lawyer would help me.

I AGREE 100%... many people i know around the local batavia area... had very similiar stories, and ive seen it with my two eyes. Batavai city police are a JOKE!

Zola and Davis like beating people after they're handcuffed.On Main street in broad daylight because Judge Ballprick will threaten anyone with contempt who mentions Police brutality.Ballprick will not let a case go to trial if there is any chance someone will bring civil rights violations up in court.Zola lives on Donahue rd right off rt.33.It's funny how a WOP has an American flag in his front yard.They arent Americans nor will they EVER be Americans.
