UPDATE: A NEW VERSION REMIX IS NOW POSTED WITH LOUDER SOUND! Here's a fun little Christmas Song (recently written by Carma Grimes) that can actually be enjoyed all year 'round. The arrangement was created on her keyboard and the vocal backups are by Gene & Micki Farington. Carma's shortness of breath, reveals her recent near-death sickness for a 15 month duration. It's a miracle she had the strength to write the song, much less record it for a quick release. Most of the photos, in this presentation, were taken in Colorado. Hope you enjoy the pictures, lyrics and melody. We cordially invite you to come and visit this beautiful state. Be prepared to gasp in awe, round every curve! Only God could have created such majestic beauty. It's our belief that we live close to Heaven. Enjoy!
@turnerlady1 How sweet of you to post... thank you! I'm glad you have good memories of living here. Love you bunches! You're the best daughter in the world!!! :-)

God wasn't through with Carma and is each day bringing healing to her voice and body and spirit. She should have died but God, in his mercy spared her life so she can continue her ministry in words, pictures, and in her songs. May the Lord bless this lady and may she continue to use her talents for Him. Great job Carma!

Carma Grimes is a very talented, creative person and she speaks from her life experiences there. You can feel the warmth and love she has for Colorado and for everything that is happening there. She draws you there with her beautiful pictures and fun, lighthearted music background. I know that I want to go back to Colorado and once again enjoy God's beauty and joy while there. She right - you can enjoy these pictures and music all year 'round.

I was priviledged enough to grow up in Colorado and witness the things this song talks about. My mom wrote this song out of the real life experiences we had as a family while living out there. Colorado is a beautiful place to live, I have great memories of living there as a kid. Life slows down a bit when your living in the mountains, it tends to take you back to a time long since passed. Great song.
