Be honest the whole thing need a bit of history diggin'. In TZ english is a very big issue esp 4 ppl who were born after independence. The fact that Nyerere used swahili to unite all TZ ppl ( we never fight each other) the best eng. speakers are the generation before independence coz their curriculum were english only. But watch out the new generation is coming due to private engl medium schools which are the trend nowadays. Am 1 of them but again this is not big issue acheni kukatana mapanga!
