Flood on Windermere Way Stourport on Severn

I used to do my paper round along here in the 1980s used to get a lot of snow when the wind came across the playing fields from the school but never seen a flood like this. Clearly the council need to clean the drains out or is this getting used now for Climate change 'global boring'?
