If you have a container that can be used to store some water even if it is not to drink from save the water you can use it to flush with. You can use it to wash hands if the containers is clean. While we want the best to drink from and storing water to drink over time will need to be rotated we want to keep in mind that things happen from time to time where ANY service can be interrupted BE PREPARED! Imagine people that were in shower all of a sudden water stops? Covered in soap what to do?
