Millions of Afghans are voting in presidential and provincial elections today amid tight security and threats of violence from the Taliban. There are also widespread concerns about corruption, with reports of voting cards being openly sold and of candidates offering large bribes. We speak to independent journalist in Rick Rowley in northern Afghanistan and get analysis from radio host and author Sonali Kolhatkar.

  • We hope also... but they are not so smart,

in the Voting polls the Afghans voted for the leader who is allied whit drug lords, war lords, and is corrupted, it also hates the US. He has 45% of winning cause of the votes, 5% more percent and we are screw, we will have to pull out of Afghanistan or attack the goverment and the Taliban insurgent at the same time.

  • Im very happy for the brave robust and humble people of Afghanistan. They sacrifised alot in the name of islam and Nationalism too, Hope they prosper and live in peace from now on
