well not exactly, the attack of xenofobic soldiers was not a command coming from the empire, they were humans of the empire, but they werent under command. So its logical that the aeon wanted revenge, but the entire cleansing of galaxy isnt right. The way was meant for peace and yet it caused a thousand years of war. The war with symbionts, now that IS the empire's fault.
