Why oh why cant you get this !? Its a BRILLIANT film. Not an official comic strip, but Nosher Powell is awesome in it. I've searched for years to get this on DVD, its just not available. BAH !

What the heck are you talking about? Of course you can get it on DVD. I did. It's US$10 on Amazon this very minute, and it's in stock.
