@qusaisaher The is a reason u cant post movie on youtube for long, there is no way u will ever find new movies on youtube, they will be taken down as soon as they r found, same goes for still on tv, tv show. The people here know more then u about sec 107 and thats why they have to limit the songs as they do.

@qusaisaher And so does not matter if it is not your material the true owners can get it taken down, if I wanted to put that Friday song on here I could but it could also be taken off as copyright infringement if it the whole vid. Now if it was the song being resong or a likeness of the song then that is different. You should really look into the law a bit more

this may work too and no one will be able to purse u because u admit this music or video not yours and these videos cant be limited its will be exist or deleted !

@qusaisaher So lets say u post this on ur page just as it is. These guys or the owners (if the channel is not already r) can and will pursue to get ur vids off, and they will if tons of people r coming over to ur channel with their content u posted. Unless u have their permission to post it u really have to be careful what u post. Something like this should be fine as alot of people post songs on youtube either as sing a longs or as music vids. But they still can be taken down or even limited.

@qusaisaher I should know I had a old account that had tons of stuff and I had sec 107 and informing all that I did not own anything. I had the Friday song, I had some tv shows and others and I got 1,2,3 strikes and I was out. All had sec 107 so unless u r planning on criticizing, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and researching something then U cant really use it. Now using clips u could sometimes get away with. Now lets say u fight and get it back if the other party does not

if youtube blocked ur video in first place ,u can add this and it will be unlocked and no one will know unless some one flag on ur video

@qusaisaher They r not posting the vids for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. They r posting because it is epic music and thats it. Now if they placed a comment before or at the end of the vid then it could be considered ok. But the owner could still come after u if they want and youtube instead of fighting they usually just makes u get rid of the vid. I knew a guy who had power rangers vids up and had the sec 107 and still got banned
