The Us should just have said it truthfully. "We are waiting for the Israelis to clear the land of its original occupants" and "we are both waiting to see the effects of the new bombs that we are testing on the civilian population." At least the Nazi's had the decency to tell the truth. The UN needs to be ammended and the delegates changed and those who do not abide by the rules that bind all should be isolated.
