I am a man and I take offense at Matthews condescending, patronizing actions in this exchange. He has no right to tweak the ceek of a presidental candidate on or off the air. He (nor any other pundit) would EVER make that gesture to a male candidate for president. If he did he would probably get punched. I think Clinton was amazingly composed to react the way she did. Matthews is a sexist idiot who should not be on the national media.
