Its fake, but its a real hack. How did these guys do this? And so well? I would love to do something like this, I wouldn't even know where to start.

I believe it can be done with Adobe After Effects.

If this is real , why no shockwave?

its not real but the people really hacked it and showed it on real television the explosion is fake but everyone thought it was on television watching this

I live in Czech Republic and this fake was in all media. Those guys were even tried. Heck, I even know one of the guys that did this.
It's a fake and that's obvious for so many reasons that I won't even list them here.
Still if you were watching the weather reports on TV at 7 AM drinking your first coffee it might be a little shocking.
What I was adressing was your comment about nuke test footage which was, well... Uninformed, to say the least.
Bottom line, it was an art performance.

There is always some dumb person who says he knows the guys that did this because he wants to represent himself as the best source knowing its fake.
