[PL] Symetryczny napęd AWD i Boxer pod maską - to zawsze gwarantowało emocje. Czy tak jest i tym razem?
[ENG] Symetrical AWD and Boxer under the hood - it have always been exciting. Is it now?

  • ale nie chodzi i nie bedzie chodzic jak benzyna...

  • subaru diesel they make because they are lossing money from petrol. ITs like bugatti diesel or ferrari diesel or mustang diesel. DIesel is for city not for racing. Diesel has no fuel economy when u are speeding.

  • is this car in silent mode always??

  • Mały jakiś ten intercooler i dlaczego konstruktorzy zamontowali go w miejscy gdzie temp. powietrza jest dość wysoka?

"Do testu otrzymaliśmy model Subaru Impreza w wyposażeniu RS. Z zewnątrz od wersji benzynowej różni go wlot powietrza do intercoolera na masce ."

  • @SakoTGrimes By the way the 650hp TDI I was speaking of is also a race only engine, and it is overhauled after each race..so the comparison with 80's turbo F1 still makes some sense to me.

and come on, a 2010 VW 2.0TDI does 0-100kph in 9s(still really fast for a diesel) and 2.0T in 7s. I like diesels too, but they're not faster.

anyway, I dont care what you think..peace.

  • @mat355 Comparing a new TDI to a 1983 NASCAR smallblock is apples to pianos. They make similar power, but the Audi is going to last 300,000 miles while getting 20mpg, the V8 will last 5 races and get 4mpg. I'm aware of the 1.5L BMW M10 that made 1500hp, but that engine was race only, there is no diesel . If you use real comparisons, such as a Dodge 5.9 V8 vs. 5.9 Cummins, Ford 460 vs 7.3 Powerstroke, VW 1.9TDi vs 2.0t, diesel always takes the win.

  • @SakoTGrimes Any modern diesel is A LOT faster that it' gas equivalent!?!

In fact it is STILL A LOT slower, at least if you compare equivalent i.e. same size engines..

Audi's V12 TDI 5.5L twin turbo puts 650some hp; this is nascar old-school 5.8l NA carb'd and restricted v8 territory... remember, 1.5l turbo gas engines from '80s F1 had over 1000hp.

Anyway it's the area under the power curve that really matters, not just the big torque number.

I'd buy a diesel impreza for its fuel economy

  • @KvrwaTwojaStara a Ty niezłą bryką skoro byś tego nie chciał

  • Przemek musi jezdzic niezlym gratem, skoro chcialby miec TO w swoim garazu.
