This is a basic audio presentation of the "demos" found on the Ensoniq CDrom CDR-1. There is no chat from myself, I thought it of more value to hear the Ensoniq EPS16+
The visuals are very basic, this is more of an aural experience.

  • Great demos!!!I have EPS16+ with only 1MB and no SCSI.I am from Serbia, Europe. Can you send me all banks on Floppy disks and I will pay you for that job? Please, email me on dorijansetina@gmail.com

    Thank you!

  • @DorijanSetina WOW! that is asking a LOT! it would take me so long and consume.. shudders. The best thing to do is go to: Syntaur as these guys are the main source of things. I have no connection with Syntaur except I buy Ensoniq stuff from them and receive good service.

  • @DorijanSetina One more question: do you know some software program to convert EPS16+ CDrom to floppy disks?I have PC and all CDrom-s for EPS, EPS16+, ASR10...Ok, I know that banks for ASR are to big but I will by ASR.

    Thank you

  • @DorijanSetina Checkout Gary Giebler, way back when he wrote a DOS application that will do that. It can get tricky getting the CDrom to read correctly though, however Gary's program called EDM works for me. It doesn't work in XP onwards or with external USB floppy drives. Remember he wrote the program when DOS was king.

  • @totaltwit Ok, I found a way to transfer all sounds from Ensoniq CDs to floppy.I bought Ensoniq MIDI Disk Tools but it did not help so, I am all done with Total Commander and one plug in for TC.Now, how to transfer the demo sequence? I have all the files on a CD but do not know which instruments and sequence belong to which bank? Is there a list, indicating which instruments were used in which sequence?

    Thank you

  • @DorijanSetina I bought Ensoniq MIDI Disk Tools some years ago and I can say, it does not work. Please do not waste money on that software. If TC is from the same company then you must contact them. Giebler's software works that's why I use it.
