Dear sir/Madam,
This video is a part of photo exhibition and signature campaign against caste discrimination in Nepal
We would like to request you to show your solidarity for ,,Dalits( they are also called lower cast people) of Nepal". Probably, you have already known that there was a people's revolt against the king of Nepal. In coming 22 November 2007, there will be constitutional assembly election in Nepal and hopefully the country will be republic. But the condition of those untouchable lower cast people will remain the same if the constitutional Assembly does not ensure strong laws against the discrimination of Dalits. To ensure the Laws and political power in favour of Dalits, they urgently need the international solidarity. It is the best time to help them now. So we would like to call all International people for their their solidarity for the rights of Nepalese Dalits.
Please take part in the letter sending action against discrimination of lower cast people and send the following letter to House of representative of Nepal either through the email or through post. The letters that are to be sent are in the web

@tensab do not think we r fools and not realize how this system took roots in nepal. every fool knows caste system was practised under hindu system. according to which people are divided on the basis of occupation. try to be a man and accept the fact. it sad but hindu discrimination exists in nepal not only against dalits but all non hindus in nepal. one simple example is we not allowed to eat beef in nepal because hindus worship cows but but y non hindus are not allowed . fuking ridiculous,

The research is good and i respect your work but who the hell is that who is relating such caste system with HINDUISM. You have to learn about Hinduism first to make such statement. HINDUISM has nothing to do with such discrimination. It is only the lifestyle of people. So it is offensive to relate it with HINDUISM. try to edit your video and other your perspective of discrimination and Hinduism..........Nothing against Hinduism.....its only the oldest religion with lots of proof............

Magar-Gurung-Rai-Limbu(MaGuRaL­­i) instead of becoming mercenary for the British army must now start thinking about how to run Nepal. Remember MaGuRaLi according to Muluki Ain(national code) of Nepal made by ruler J.B Rana are classified as "namasine"(unslaveable). So J.B Rana and his government allowed the British to recruit MaGuRaLi as the Gurkhas in the British-Indian Army. It was a very clever tactics by Rana government. The main reason was to let MaGuRaLi fight and died in foreign land.

@kumarsa108 i agree with you bro. That's why all Kirat must unify in order to bring Kiratdesh(now Nepal) forward. Nepal couldn't be develop because the Kiratas did not unify as ONE. Kirat people divide themselves as rai, limbu, grg, magar, newar, chhantyal, dhimal, thami, sunuwar, yakkha and so on.

How can Nepal develop when Kiratas do not unite? You are absolutely right that all Kirat or Kiratas must unify as ONE. Also Kirat must start engaging in Nepali politics and government. You are right.

@diliprai yeah and it never succeeded as a kirat nation either. Your logic is twisted always blaiming others. You are trying to claim that everything is the fault of the wiley Aryan brahmins and therefore without realising it are suggesting that Kirata were too dim to maintain a nation. Ofcourse if it was not for the Gorkas (non kirata Hindus) Nepal would be non-existant, but an indian state. Yes caste discrimination is wrong, but so is any form of negative discrimination including yours.

Nepal politics has been dominated and run by 2 group pf people -Brahmin(in nepali bahun)

and Kshatriya(in nepali chettri).

To make matter worse, the brahmins has been looting motherland Nepal since last 2 decade. watch this news from Nepal --> Chiranjibi Wagle sent to jail

This is a typical good example of brahmins engaging in corruption.
