You should be flexible and have 1 good side split - left split or right split - to do this move.

Hi Katrina and Sloane. I can not "fully" do the splits yet, so do I force myself even if it hurts? and How many times and minutes a night should I practise the splits?

@NeonSparks99 no! don't force it - you will just pull something. The way you get splits is by building your flexibility - do 20-30 mins of stretching every day
