@MiiKeyK If you go to any shelter website that provides for the needy and homeless they have a priority needs list and I have YET to come across one that actually wants knitted blankets. They do ask for donations of sleepings bags, thermal blankets. But it's silly to knit a blanket when you could buy several thermal blankets for the cost of the yarn for one.

@MiiKeyK Just check out homeless shelters priority needs list, they need sleeping bags, thermal blankets, and even better bus tokens to hand out so the homeless can REACH a shelter. Knitted blankets are not helpful at all.
