You have to look closely, but in the first few seconds of this commercials for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, you can see a warning message display on the dash that reads, ""Front Right SRS Malfunction Service Required."

if you're referring to the first couple seconds when they show the dash board and the driver starting it, the warning lights you see come on as a part of the systems interface check which happens at startup, they dissapear after a couple seconds. all cars do it

Oh, and the video quality sucks so if you mean the 0,1 sec view of the infodisplay, its also a warning that is shown if you turn the airbag off.

Its not service required, its passenger airbag turned off...

@coolslaya Yeah I guess u r tired of owning Mercedes brand now...LOL ! U probably need to switch over to Audi or BMW....I never owned one, so I can't say much except tht I dream of owning this car ever day !

@smartdon007 i never said the technology is bad, its amazing. Also just to let you know that i relly am a true hard Merc fan (ive owned some, and currently own a very un reliable e-class) that said i still love them, but this in the looks department was a huge let down for me.

You may disagree but thats is just my oppinion.

@coolslaya Wht's so bad in this 1 ? The technology ? Even though i haven't driven a benz be4, I can definitely say tht the old 1 sucked on tech....And I don't think this is so UGLY looking !
