The Schoenberg Violin Concerto is essentially kletzmer, because, what the hell, it is Jewish music, but everybody tries to disguise it, not let the cat out of the bag...

It's wonderful she has time for this. I can't believe she studies every thing. Is it necessary to play this concerto . Wow! This woman has courage and guts! An American in Schoenberg !

I really like the Violin concerto,much more than his piano concerto. It has a frenzied quality, but also very lyrical.One of Schoenberg`s best 12-tone pieces.
