I know the cat's name - Semen sounds strange and funny for english speakers but actually its a common Russian name for males.
My cat Sam chasing my dog Emma - German Shepherd. Obviously playing.
This video is some kind of remix - the original video was edited and sountrack was added. The original video is here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xHnqIEUZDg This was filmed in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The representative of Animal Planet(CATS 101) asked for a footage which was supplied later on. So you might be lucky to see this video on TV.

@daveorx7 im am also a dog person who hav hever owned a cat. but my neibor's guard dog took down a cat that lived in the neiborhood. they had to get rid of the dog tho...

Looks like a it of misunderstanding. The dog wants to play, but the cat feels insecure so the best defence is attack. Ended up in good fun for the dog, but a bit of stress for the cat LOL
