  • I really like the one with the "propeller" style blade (presumably the Freshn'd-Aire unit), although it looks like the Vorty and Galaxy have some of the smoothest/best bearings of the bunch.

  • @uxwbill Yep that's the Freshy, I have added no oil to it but it's slated to go to another collector. Well lubed they can take like 2 minutes to stop after being shut off

  • which one is the most powerfull. id guess the vorty and fresh'nd-aire are very close

  • Hmm....I'd have to say the Vortalex is....the Freshy is actually the only one not running on low....it needs oil and at the moment it does maybe 100-200 rpms on low when it should be doing 800

  • Love that cool 2 bladed sound of the Freshy.

  • Nice collection!

  • I have a Tatung fan and the gearbox seems to be fairly gummed up so that the rotor won't turn freely. I've noticed there are plastic gears inside the gearbox so what could i use as a solvent that wouldn't melt the plastic gears and inner parts?

  • I didn't expect the small blue plastic fan would stop last!

  • @TheNascarfan14 I believe the two bladed one is a fresh'nd aire

  • which One us that 2 blade One??????
