  • @ParkmoreWestside213 Yeh, fair enough. I was looking at it from an athlete's perspective where the biceps aren't as vital as the other main muscles. As a bodybuilder's perspective, every muscle is important so yeh you're correct. Pisses me off so much how people are so clueless about steroids and call Phil Heath a wanker just because he took roids. I mean he still had to work his ass off so I'm pretty sure his training tips are priceless.

  • @GiefGoldPlx well, you can't really blame people for calling it when an athlete cheats, i mean, take a look at ufc, they might break their ass's but if those guys are taking roids or hormones or wtv, the fact that they are breaking their ass's means shit, same thing applies to most sports, so, why would people think different about body builders? roids are considered cheating in sports and that's all there is to it, as hard as you work, if you go roids, you're gonna be called a cheater period

  • @ndawg909 thats not it, thats what metrx told him to show, this kinda thing is most times far from what these guys really do, they do more than 12 reps most times, and they do pyramid adding or removing weight, they do a lot of shit, get some of his dvds if you wanna see the real deal

  • Ya i know him and everything... its called a "tie end" the shorter of gap inbetween bicep to elbow of how much space you can fit inbetween the top of your bicep to your forearm elbow palms up is the poofier bicep the smaller the space the longer and thicker but shorter all around dont reply... just a peice of info

  • @ndawg909 naww biceps are a small muscle group. surprisingly they dont need as much attention as most of your other muscles.
