tithing is old testament and no believer is under that law or any other. we are to give as Paul taught us above. tithing is a lie taught by many greedy today. Poor people never tithed in the old testament. BTW the tithe was food not money.

thats a nice testimony there...because it shows that life will not just be a bed of roses once you start tithing - will YOU carry on tithing when the going gets rough??

God says to test him in this, your tithe comes first. Its funny how people feel that tithe is not important and even unscriptural, how ever tithe has been apart of our lives since Cain and Able. To be a good stuart is to pay your tithe and all of your bills. Sevidos is taking one verse and twisting it, trust me if your paying tithe your bills are covered, and your kids are eating.

I came across your testimony by way of the Tithe rap someone emailed me. I took a chance on watching your video clip and I am thankful I did. We're in the valley-31/2 yrs now-but God's been faithful. Thank you for the encouragement.

Mat 23:23 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith.
What is weightier? Paying you debts? Feeding your children & yourself or the tithe? Is is just to give your church 10% when your bills go unpaid? Is an unemployment check really yours to give God? If you owe a debt, pay it first or the tithe has bumped justice and faithfulness out of the picture. God Bless!
