@yaq200 - Like most foreign places if you're comparing it to the UK then I s'pose it's simply a different standard of living. The tourist'y places are OK, people seemed friendly, but you must respect their way of life.

We were on a Cruise ship, we docked at Aqaba then they provided this shuttle bus from the ship to the town centre. It always amazes me that wherever you go theres always a McDonalds lol

@Lillianpebbles you can get the bus called "Jet" by 8 JD or you can go there with a traviling & tourism company with 8 JD (this including going there and return to amman for 1 day) I rocommend dallas travelling company
