Hello, I am new to your videos, but I must say they have helped me out a lot! I am seriously considering getting the lapband surgery and my Dr. has already told me my insurance will pay for it. I am 5'2 and weigh about 250lbs. My main concerns are the surgery itself, scars, loose skin, and losing all my curves and being saggy. I really want to lose the weight though, and I have tried EVERYTHING else so this is pretty much my last result. So, looking back on it now, would you recommend it?

Patience - I have been watching your videos lately. You look wonderful and have really inspired me to move forward with having a weight loss procedure. I'm considering lap band and the sleeve. Do you have any advice or regret about doing the lap band instead of the sleeve surgery?

@laurasturdivant Thank you so much..I dont have any regrets about my surgery..But everyone is different. At the time my insurance would not pay for the sleeve, but i know i did not want gastric bypass. I have seen so many successful sleeve stories. I think it is a preference.Research and figure out the best option for you..Which ever you choose I am sure you can succeed at it.

Patience we just all love you and how brave you are. I hear what a ruff recovering this is, but so worth it. Your doing so amazing! I vote pumpin iron girlfriend! You can come on YT with before & after shots of your buffed arms! lol Glad some of that crazy swelling is going down...I was about to call you J.Lo! JK! lol You look great! Was wondering about how did your surgeon replace your port? It looks like he did not have to re-cut for the repair. Did he work on it from your belly button area?
