great video thanks i cant believe how big the 3 bed ones are! We always prefer old key west becuase the rooms are twice the size of the rest!

I think Disney will say 12 people, but there are three bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds in them. The downstairs master bed is a King. The couch also pulls out into a queen bed. There is also lots of room for a roll away or something similar.
As for the cost, I do not know the rack room rate on this one. When we have stayed it was on DVC points, which verry depending on what time of year.
