Agreed!! 200%. I see the same statements about Joe with regard to Eric Johnson too. This guy is inspiringand just great to listen too.

I am glad, to see JB telling it like it is-pick up a strat and everyone says you sound like SRV, no one hears originality when they are jealous someone other than SRV puts real soul in their music and guitar work. Everyone wears their influences on their sleeve, just the way it is! Now, if you pay tribute to SRV you get BASHED!
